ISSofBC offers free English classes for eligible newcomers through the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program. These classes are for Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels 1–4.

If your English level is CLB 5 or higher, you can study at the Language and Career College (LCC). LCC offers affordable, high-quality English classes, and 99% of students recommend the program.
